Are postage and assembly included?
Postage and assembly are included in the Signature Suite. For the Essentials Suite, these are available as optional add-ons. Exact costs are calculated based on your guest list and selected finishes.

Can I request custom shapes or special embellishments?
Absolutely! Custom cut shapes, envelope liners, ribbons, foil can all be incorporated. Pricing for custom elements is provided in your personalized proposal.

How do I place an order?
Start by submitting an inquiry through the website. After we confirm availability, a personalized proposal is sent, and a deposit secures your spot in the design calendar. From there, we guide you through concept, proofing, production, and delivery.

Do you offer digital proofs before printing?
Yes. Every suite is reviewed with you via digital proofs for approval. This ensures colors, typography, and layout are exactly as envisioned before production begins.

How long does the process take?
Design and production typically take 8–12 weeks from deposit to delivery for a standard suite. Complex suites or hand-printed options may require additional time. Booking early is recommended to secure your desired wedding date.
